To Whom It May Concern:
We would like to let you know that our first experience with
ServiceMaster was the most positive one we could have imagined.
On Monday, October 4th our insurance company, Allied/Nationwide, called
your facility to report that we had experienced water damage to an
upstairs bath, overflowing down to the kitchen ceiling. Within an hour,
we had response from a pleasant young woman in your office who called us
to say that Matt Ammerman was coming right away to begin the
restoration. We were amazed and pleased that someone could be here so
quickly and knew just what to do.
From that point on, we had regular help from both Matt and Jerry and
were always informed what the next step was in a timely manner. Jerry
even went above and beyond the call of duty to fix a problem with our
front door lockset and we were extremely grateful for his expertise and
perseverance.
During the course of removing the kitchen ceiling panels there was
slight damage to the kitchen floor (we will call later to have your
floor person come look at some seam repair after all our other
restoration is complete). Jerry and Greg were here doing some follow -up
inspection and removing the fans when this was pointed out to them. They
were very responsive and immediately had ideas about how to make
restitution. We were pleased when it was decided that Matt and Jerry
would finish a deck project at the back of our house. In the final
stages, Matt worked tirelessly out in the rain and not only did a
professional job, but cheerfully cleaned up afterwards. You have some
great employees!
We are very satisfied customers and would not hesitate to recommend your
company. It's not often when everything that's wrong goes right and we
thank you for providing all the help we needed in our minor crisis.
