ServiceMaster Clean has the expertise to select the best upholstery cleaning method for any particular piece of furniture. We consider not only the fabric type, but also the conditions of soiling. Both wet and dry cleaning services are available.

In our wet process, after cleaning the upholstery we rinse it with clean, hot water. Then we use a water extraction system mounted in our truck to remove the rinse water, cleaning solution and soil, leaving clean, residue-free upholstery.

Our wet upholstery cleaning process includes:

2.	High-power vacuuming of the upholstery to remove any loose soil
3.	Pre-cleaning treatment of spots and stains
4.	Pre-cleaning spraying of body contact areas to accelerate soil release during cleaning
5.	Application of cleaning products to loosen ground-in soil
6.	Rinsing the upholstery with clean, hot water
7.	Extraction of rinse water, cleaning solution and soil, leaving clean, residue-free upholstery
8.	Post-cleaning treatment of any residual spots and stains
9.	Grooming the upholstery for efficient drying and a uniform appearance
10.	Cleaning and polishing trim as required
11.	Final inspection with you to ensure your complete satisfaction
